It’s the beginning of week two and I was thinking that I need to organise the ‘words of the day’ which I do on Instagram and have some French inspirations for every week. Apart from constantly talking to myself on instastory, I introduced you to a few French words for clothes and colours. So, this week I’ll continue with that, but here on the blog I also want to explore the French minimalist wardrobe and the basic items you need to look like a proper Parisian!

I’m a big fan of French fashion brands like Sandro, Maje or Zadig & Voltaire and of course there’s classy Chanel, sexy YSL or haute couture Givenchy (I will wear the last three when I buy a yacht). I love wearing Chanel style tweed jackets and you can easily find these in vintage and charity shops in London (or new ones in Zara). I’m also a very lucky owner of some Chanel shoes: black flats and the classic beige / black high heels.

BTW I’m MAD about shoes. Honestly, if I see a great shoe shop, I go mental.
